These terms govern use of the Anekant AI WhatsApp Business Platform ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
Anekant AI provides a hosted API and dashboard that lets business clients send and receive messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Clients connect their own WhatsApp Business Account and use the Service to communicate with their customers.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys and access credentials secure. Onboarding of new client accounts is subject to our approval.
Messaging on the WhatsApp Business Platform incurs Meta's conversation-based charges. As a technology provider we do not extend a line of credit; clients are responsible for their own payment method and charges with Meta, plus any fees agreed with Anekant AI.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and third-party networks, which are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anekant AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, the WhatsApp Business Policy, or misuse that risks the security or reputation of the platform.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
